About MUD\WTR

MUD\WTR is a fast-growing wellness brand redefining the coffee ritual with functional, coffee-alternative blends made with functional mushrooms to support focus and well-being. What started with our Original blend (Chai) has expanded into a growing lineup including Coffee, Matcha, Turmeric, and Rest, with more on the way. We've also expanded into functional nutrition with Nourish, a mind & body protein and the first protein shake with adaptogens. As we grow, we're expanding our retail presence while maintaining a strong focus on D2C, meeting customers wherever they shop and helping them build better daily routines.

Position Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager is a hands-on media buyer and performance marketer responsible for day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and reporting across our paid acquisition channels. This role owns the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns—from strategy and setup through creative testing, optimization, and performance analysis.

What sets this role apart is the ability to operate fluidly between micro and macro perspectives. You'll zoom in to diagnose why a specific ad set is underperforming, identify the hook that's driving an engagement lift, or catch a subtle audience fatigue signal before it impacts results. You'll also zoom out to understand how those granular insights ladder up to channel-level strategy, cross-channel budget allocation, and our broader media mix. The ideal candidate sees the story in the data—connecting a winning creative angle to a product positioning opportunity, or translating platform-level volatility into a strategic shift in channel investment.

This is a role for someone who is data-obsessed and thrives in ad platforms, but also has the strategic instincts to know when a micro-trend signals something bigger and when it's just noise.
